1. Good Value: Their fees are extremely reasonable and we like that they don't charge extra for upgrades (some do).
2. Their user interface is well organized and easy to use and access - even for beginners.
3. Great resource for conducting background checks (e.g. babysitters, employees, neighbors, etc); finding sex offenders; checking criminal and civil court records; obtaining prison records (including incarcerations, sentencing files, mugshots, and prisoner lists); and bankrupty records.
4. They also have a better-than-average vital records databases - e.g. birth, death, marriage, divorce certificates and decrees - both current and historical.
Limitations:
1. You can search for records in the US records.
2. You won't find the specialized ancestry-type databases here, but it's a great site for quick searches - and there's no limit on the number of searches you can conduct.
